Every now and then I love something uplifting, be it a good book, a feel-good movie, or just a piece of decadent dark chocolate. Uplifting breaks should be mandatory in all workplaces. (They’re like smoke breaks, but easier on the lungs.) Hey, I might be on to something here.

This furniture is based on the posture principles of the Alexander Technique. What’s the Alexander Technique? (I hope I’m not the only person who had to ask that.) It’s “the ability to make a new choice in spite of established habitual patterns by studying the kinesthetic evidence of how thinking is expressed in movement.”
