When walking my dog this morning, a beautiful husky shepherd named Hardy might I add to send him the praise I think he deserves for being a good waling companion, I decided to take a different route and go by a neighborhood park and the small children?s section. They had a small diggin device similar to a tractor with arms to help the youngster to lift the shovel and dig in to the sand in order to pick it up and move it to a different location.

When first sitting in this device, the child was taking the same position that one would take in the posture knee kneeling office chair. It peeked my curiosity as sometimes I can be silly when it comes to my profession and obsession over proper ergonomics and what a difference it can make to sit ergonomically.

So, being the geek that I am, I walked over and asked the child if he was comfortable. Now without any ?data? and being that this was not exactly a scientific experiment, the subject of the hypothesis was 7, I still decided to ask. He said of course, ?whatever?. Prompting me to start out my day with a nice good laugh and move on. So of course if still got me to start the day with a smile. I have a friend who was recently telling me that a smiling face is incredible and it definitely helped me to keep my dimples showing all morning.
