An ergonomic chair is one that is going to support your back, your body, and your personal needs where you need it most. Ergonomic chairs are the type that will give your body the circulation it needs, without interfering with the size of your body, or the flow of blood in your body. Ergonomic chairs are what you really need if you are sitting still for more than three hours at a time. Sitting down in front of the video game, at your desk or if you work where you are sitting all the time it can be hard on your body, leading to aches and pains while you are working and after you get out of work for the day.

Your feet should not be dangling off your chair. If you find that your leg legs are too short for a chair, you need to adjust the height levels of your chair. The height levels of your chair should also be adjusted if you feel your legs are too long and your legs are crunched up when you sit down. A chair that will lift up and down is a good start to finding the chair that will fit your particular personal body needs.
